By shopping with us or spending time on this site, you're agreeing to a few simple things, laid out honestly below.

Our products: everything is made to order, which means your item is created just for you after you order it. Because of that, colors and sizing might look very slightly different than what's on your screen, we do our best to keep things accurate, but handmade-to-order has its own small charm and its own small quirks.

Changing your mind: reach out as soon as you can if something needs adjusting. Since orders start moving quickly, we can't always catch changes in time, but we'll always try.

Pricing: prices are in USD and may shift now and then. If something's ever priced wrong by mistake, we'll reach out before finishing your order, never after.

Our words and Jolly himself: the writing, artwork, and the character of Jolly belong to Go Jolly World. We'd love for our story to move people, we just ask that it isn't copied or resold as someone else's.
